Favourite TV show

Today I want to share about tv shows that I love is WWE.World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.WWE is an American publicly traded, privately controlled entertainment company that deals primarily in professional wrestling, with major revenue sources also coming from film, music, product licensing and direct product sales. WWE also refers to the professional wrestling promotion itself, founded by Jess McMahon and Toots Mondt in 1952 as Capitol Wrestling Corporation. As of 2014, it is the largest wrestling promotion in the world, holding over 300 events a year, and broadcasting to about 36 million viewers in more than 150 countries. The company's headquarters are located in Stamford, Connecticut, with offices in major cities across the world.

As in other professional wrestling promotions, WWE shows are not legitimate contests, but purely entertainment-based, featuring storyline-driven, scripted, and choreographed matches, though they often include moves that can put performers at risk of injury if not performed correctly. This was first publicly acknowledged by WWE's owner Vince McMahon in 1989 to avoid taxes from athletic commissions. Since the 1980s, WWE publicly branded their product as sports entertainment, which is considered to acknowledge the product's roots in competitive sport and dramatic theater.

The company's majority owner is its chairman and CEO, Vince McMahon. Along with his wife Linda, children Shane and Stephanie, and son-in-law Paul Levesque (known professionally as Triple H), the McMahon family holds approximately 70% of WWE's equity and 96% of the voting power. As of August 2014, due to ongoing problems with the company, Eminence Capital, a New York-based hedge fund, acquired 9.6% stake of WWE while the McMahon family retains 90.4% interest.

The current entity, incorporated on February 21, 1980, was previously known as Titan Sports founded in 1979 in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. It acquired Capitol Wrestling Corporation (the holding company for the World Wrestling Federation, WWF) in 1982. Titan was renamed World Wrestling Federation, Inc. in 1998, then World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc. in 1999, and finally World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. in 2002. Since 2011, the company has officially branded itself solely as "WWE" though the company's legal name was not changed.

Today I want to share the benefits of jogging.I always jogging every morning once a week that's why I want to share this benefits.

There are many health benefits of jogging every morning both to physical and mental fitness of a person.

Jogging is an exercise which falls between slow running and fast walking. This exercise is in fact enjoyed by both old and young. Most of the time, it is also the best way to increasing the bonding relationship between families or relatives because they can talk about anything while jogging. Most health conscious people take jogging as a serious exercise that should be performed on a daily basis. There are many health benefits of jogging every morning beside of making the body into its perfect shape. A health conscious person doesn't need to attend to the gym every day just to perform strenuous exercises. A daily jogging around the park or along the road could replace all exercises from the fitness centers. Remember that too much workouts are not beneficial to the body anymore.

Improves the Body's Stamina

Jogging makes the body continuously active everyday especially if it is done in the morning. It is like a warm up before facing the real world of engaging ourselves into physical and mental responsibilities. Jogging greatly improves the body's stamina to make it stay longer and active all day. In fact, jogging is the best exercise for athletes to build up their stamina. Boxers, runners, basketball players, and any other sports that involve great physical efforts always jog everyday as a part of their daily routine. Building a higher level of body's stamina is one of the best health benefits of jogging every morning.

Promotes Effective Weight Loss

Many individuals who want to lose weight in a cheapest and most convenient way is performing jogging every morning. Jogging effectively promotes effective weight loss because it increases the body's metabolism as well as burns great amount of calories. Weight loss and stamina are the combining health benefits of jogging every morning.

Burns Fat

The stomach is the most vulnerable part of the body from accumulation of unwanted fats. Jogging is known to be the most effective stomach fat burner if performed every morning. In addition, fats from waist and thigh are also removed from jogging. Effective weight loss and burning of fats are another combined health benefits of jogging every morning.
Strengthens the Power of the Heart

The heart is one of the most important organs of the body because of its main function to pump blood which is useful for the other organs. Strengthening the heart could also improve the overall health of the body. One of the best health benefits of jogging is the strengthening of the heart's power to pump blood efficiently. While jogging, the body triggers lungs to inhale additional oxygen thus making nutrients well distributed around the body. In addition, it also prevents heart attacks and strokes.
Those are the most important health benefits of jogging every morning. Before performing the jogging exercise in the morning, make sure to wear a comfortable jogging pants, shoes, and shirt. This could make the daily jogging experience more efficient and relaxed. Always remember to wake up early in the morning and jog at least 30 minutes to attain all the above mentioned health benefits.

We’re well into the start of the new year, and the motivation of other people’s New Years Resolutions has worn thin, but here at Nerd Fitness we don’t do resolutions. Instead we’re all about Epic Quests that keep us moving year round.
One of my Epic Quest goals is to improve my cooking by trying to cook new things. Now, you might be thinking, “Wait, isn’t your job is cooking… shouldn’t you already be great at it?” Well, sure, but even experienced cooks get stuck in food-ruts. And my friends, I am in deep.
So here’s one of my first food experiments for the year. It has something I love: the simplicity of three easy steps while appearing fancy at the end: red Thai curry (remember last time we experimented with curry?). If you’ve never been to a Thai restaurant and don’t know the difference between Thai and Indian curries, don’t worry. I didn’t until recently, but I’m in love with the coconutty richness of this dish and the number of different veggies included.

Thai curry has a different texture and flavor than Indian curry. What’s the difference? Thai curry using Thai spices tend to be a bit spicier, is coconut milk based, contains different veggies, and is more soupy than Indian curry.
Now that we have the general idea, let’s put it into practice!
This might look like a lot of a lot of ingredients, but all we’re really doing is mixing meat, veggies, and sauce. Honestly, making this curry is a lot like making Steve’s easy chicken stir fry, but you’re adding a little bit of sauce to the mix.
Here are the three steps:
1.    Cook the meat
2.    Cook the and flavor the veggies
3.    Add the sauce
Think you can handle this? I sure do.

*Side note, this recipe makes a LOT of food. It’s great for feeding a family or friends or meal prep for the week. If you’re not into that, cut the recipe in half.

My Idol In Football

His name is Gareth Frank Bale.Bale was born on 16 July 1989 in Cardiff,Wales. As a 14-year-old he says that he ran the 100 metre sprint in 11.4 seconds.Because of his superior footballing skill, the school's Physical Education teacher,Gwyn Morris, had to write special rules which restricted Bale to playing one-touch football and not using his left foot Whilst at Whitchurch, Bale trained at Southampton's satellite academy in Bath, although there was initially some doubt if Southampton would give him a scholarship due to his height
On 17 April 2006, at the age of 16 years and 275 days, Bale became the second youngest player ever to play for Southampton when he made his debut in the Saints' 2–0 victory against Millwall. On 6 August, Bale scored his first league goal, a free kick, to level the score at 1–1 against Derby County. The final score at Pride Park was 2–2.
On 25 May 2007, Bale signed a four-year deal with Tottenham Hotspur with Spurs paying an initial £5 million for Bale, potentially rising to £10 million based on appearances and success. However, Tottenham paid Southampton an early settlement payment of £2 million in 2008 to reduce the final fee to £7 million and allow the Saints the immediate cash that they desperately needed.
Bale played his first game for Spurs in a friendly against St. Patrick's Athletic on 12 July 2007, but was substituted on the 80th minute with a minor dead-leg. He made his competitive debut for Tottenham Hotspur on 26 August away against Manchester United. In just his second Spurs appearance, he scored his first goal for Tottenham in the 3–3 draw with Fulhamon 1 September when he latched on to Robbie Keane's flick, charged down the left flank unopposed and coolly slotted past goalkeeper Antti Niemi. Bale went on to score again against Arsenal in the North London derby, scoring a free kick inside the near post. He then scored in the League Cup home tie against Middlesbrough, making it three goals in four starts for the then 18-year-old.
For the 2012–13 season, Bale changed his squad number from 3 to number 11 as he was "not a left-back anymore" and had asked the club for a "higher number". Bale scored his first goal of the season against Reading in a 3–1 away victory. On 29 September, Bale scored the second goal in Tottenham's 3–2 away victory over Manchester United, their first win at Old Trafford since 1989. On 3 March 2013, Bale scored against Arsenal in a North London derby that Tottenham won 2–1. On 7 March, Tottenham faced Internazionale in the Europa League, with Bale scoring the opening goal and Tottenham winning 3–0. Bale's run of good form in the early months of 2013 saw him win Premier League Player of the Month for February as well as the BBC's Goal of the Month in both January and February for his strikes against Norwich City and West Ham United respectively.
On 28 April 2013, Bale won both the PFA Players' Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year after his excellent showing in the 2012–13 season.A week later, on 2 May 2013, he added the FWA (Football Writer's Association) Player of the Year Award, making Bale one of only two players who have won all three in the same season, the other being Cristiano Ronaldo, who won them in 2007.
On 1 September 2013, Spanish club Real Madrid announced that they had reached an agreement for the transfer of Bale, signing a six-year deal for an undisclosed fee. The Spanish press (and Real Madrid TV) reported that Bale had cost £77 million (€91 million), while the British press reported a world record transfer fee of £85.3 million (€100 million), which would be above Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer record fee of £80 million (€94 million). However, in January 2016, documents pertaining to the transfer were leaked which confirmed a world record transfer fee of €100.8 million (£85.1 million). Bale was assigned the number 11 shirt at Madrid.
On 28 September 2013, Bale made his home debut as a second-half substitute in a 1–0 loss to local rivals Atlético Madrid Bale made his El Clásico debut on 26 October, but was substituted in the 61st minute.Barcelona won the game 2–1, and Bale's performance drew some media criticism Four days later, he scored two goals and assisted two in a 7–3 victory against Sevilla. Following his impressive performance the Spanish press nicknamed Bale "The Cannon".
On 16 April, Bale scored the winning goal for Real Madrid with five minutes remaining in the 2014 Copa del Rey Final against rivals Barcelona Considered one of the best goals of his career, Bale outsprinted Barcelona defender Marc Bartra from the halfway line (with Bale running off the field at one point) before converting past goalkeeper Jose Manuel Pinto. In the post match interview Bale stated, "I had to get round the player and go off the pitch to do it", while his Real Madrid teammate Xabi Alonso commented, "It was incredible, I have never seen anything like it".The goal was Bale's 20th of the season and his first in a Clásico fixture.
Bale was selected by Wales at the end of the 2005–06 season for a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago on 27 May 2006. In the match in Graz, Austria, he replaced David Vaughan after 55 minutes and assisted Robert Earnshaw's winning goal in a 2–1 victory. At 16 years and 315 days, Bale became the youngest player to play for Wales, breaking a record held by Lewin Nyatanga for the last three months; this record was itself superseded by Harry Wilson in November 2012. Brian Flynn commented that Bale was potentially a future star of the game, comparing his technical ability to that of Ryan Giggs. On 7 October 2006, Bale became the youngest player ever to score a goal for the full Welsh national team in the Euro 2008 qualification match against Slovakia with a free kick. Bale was eligible to play for England through his grandmother, but he stated in 2007 that:
"It is an honour to play for Wales...Nobody ever got in touch with me personally from England, only through my agent."
After a long injury lay-off, he returned and started in the World Cup qualifier against Finlandon 10 October 2009.On 14 October, he played a part in Wales' final World Cup qualifier by setting up David Vaughan to score the opening goal against Liechtenstein and won the free kick that led to the second, Aaron Ramsey's first at senior level. In December 2010, Bale was awarded the BBC Cymru Sports Personality of the Year trophy. On 12 October 2012, Bale scored two goals in a 2–1 victory over Scotland in a2014 World Cup qualifier.
On 9 September 2014, Bale scored two goals, one with a header and another one with a free-kick, as Wales beat Andorra 2–1 in their first match of the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying campaign. In doing so, he became Wales' joint 10th all-time top-scorer with 14 goals, alongside John Hartson.Bale scored two goals on 28 March 2015, in a 3–0 win away in Israel. On 12 June, his 50th cap, he scored the only goal to defeat Belgium in a home qualifier, taking Wales above the Belgians to the top of Group B.He headed Jazz Richards' cross on 3 September for the only goal in an away win over Cyprus, putting Wales three points away from qualification. With qualification to UEFA Euro 2016 achieved (the country's first major finals since the 1958 FIFA World Cup,on 13 October 2015, Bale scored his seventh goal of the qualifying campaign in Wales' final qualifier against Andorra at Cardiff City Stadium.
On 2 November 2010, after a Champions League group stage match against Internazionale, teammate Rafael van der Vaart said, "Everyone is scared of him [Bale]. Maicon is one of the best defenders in the world, and he's killed him."
In a report of the same match, Spanish newspaper El Mundo said:
Bale combines the height and build of an 800-metre runner like Steve Ovett with the acceleration and directness of a rugby winger like Bryan Habana. And, when he gets to the byline, he delivers curling crosses like a Brazilian. Big words? Yes, but that's what Bale is like – easily the greatest sensation in the opening month and a half of the Champions League. Ask Maicon what he thinks after the two exhibitions Bale turned in against Inter. Yesterday he left Maicon for dead and then a wily old fox like Lúcio was left in his wake like someone trying to follow the vapour trail of an aeroplane. Three goals and two assists — against the European champions. His performances have been stunning.

On 26 March 2013, Bale filed an application with the Intellectual Property Office  to register a logo based on his "heart" goal celebration along with his squad number, 11, to be used on a range of merchandise such as clothing and footwear.
